INTAKE
We vinden het belangrijk om je vooraf al een beetje te leren kennen en te horen wat je wensen en verwachtingen zijn. Daarom ontvang je na je definitieve deelname een intake formulier voor de meer praktische zaken en we bellen je voor een telefonische intake.
BETAALVOORWAARDEN (wil je een betalingsregeling, neem dan even contact met ons op voor de mogelijkheden).
Reserveringen die vóór 31 mei 2026 zijn gemaakt
- Op de datum van reservering wordt de 25% aanbetaling gefactureerd. Dit bedrag dien je uiterlijk twee dagen na ontvangst van de factuur te betalen. Je reservering wordt dan per e-mail bevestigd. Annuleer je vóór 31 mei 2026, dan krijg je 50% van de aanbetaling retour.
- Het resterende bedrag dient voor 31 mei 2026 te worden overgemaakt. Wanneer we deze laatste betaling hebben ontvangen is je deelname definitief en bevestiging volgt per e-mail.
Reserveringen die na 31 mei 2026 zijn gemaakt
- 100% van de reservering wordt gefactureerd. Dit bedrag dient binnen 1 week na ontvangst factuur te worden betaald door deelnemer. Bij ontvangst is je deelname definitief en bevestiging volgt per e-mail.
- Als de betaling niet tijdig is ontvangen, vervalt je deelname.
ANNULERINGSBELEID
- Annulering vanaf/na 31 mei 2026 : het totale reserveringsbedrag is niet-restitueerbaar.
- Annulering voor 31 mei 2026 ; 50% van de aanbetaling wordt teruggestort. Heb je het volledige reserveringsbedrag al betaald, dan wordt 100% van de aanbetaling in mindering gebracht en het restbedrag terugbetaald.
Als je moet annuleren en iemand kent die jouw plek wil overnemen is dat in overleg mogelijk.
We raden je aan om zelf een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten voor onvoorziene omstandigheden.
Annulering door de organisatie
Wanneer het retreat door onvoorziene omstandigheden (zoals ziekte van de facilitator of onvoldoende deelnemers) niet kan doorgaan, ontvang je het volledige deelnamebedrag terug.
De organisatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor overige gemaakte kosten, zoals reiskosten of accommodatie buiten het programma.

We think it’s important to get to know you a little beforehand and hear what your wishes and expectations are. Therefore, after your final participation is confirmed you will receive an intake form for the more practical matters, and we will call you for a telephone intake.
PAYMENT TERMS (if you want a payment plan, please contact us to discuss possibilities).
Reservations made before 31 May 2026
On the date of reservation, 25% deposit will be invoiced. This amount must be paid at the latest two days after receipt of the invoice. Your reservation will be confirmed by email. If you cancel before 31 May 2026, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining amount must be transferred by 31 May 2026. When we have received this final payment your participation is definite and confirmation will follow by email.
Reservations made after 31 May 2026
100% of the reservation will be invoiced. This amount must be paid by the participant within 1 week after receiving the invoice. Upon receipt, your participation is definite and confirmation will follow by email. If the payment is not received on time, your participation will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation from/after 31 May 2026: the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation before 31 May 2026: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you have already paid the full reservation amount, then 100% of the deposit will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
If you need to cancel and someone else you know wants to take your spot, this can be arranged in consultation.
We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation by the organizers
If the retreat cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as the facilitator’s illness or insufficient participants), you will receive a full refund of the participation amount.
The organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as travel costs or accommodation outside the program.
